Professional and Accurate Translations Consistently
We believe that the translation of a document needs to be treated with the same dedication as the original text. For that matter, every project we work on needs to go through our rigorous quality control standards before it gets delivered. This way, we ensure to provide the best service to our clients consistently.
What makes us stand out
Quality Control is crucial for every translation we make at Green Translations. We clearly understand that a deficient translation decreases the value of our client's products and services, while a translation that meets the highest standards creates an image of professionalism and makes potential clients engage with the values and vision of your organization. That is why every project we work on needs to go through a rigorous set of quality requirements before it gets delivered. This way, we ensure the final result is according to our client's expectations.
Our Quality Assurance (QA) System
The fundamental difference Green Translations has over other agencies is our multi-layered quality assurance processes. It is our belief that every translation needs to be treated with the same commitment and care the original document was treated. To achieve this purpose, we have developed detailed internal verification and quality assurance procedures to ensure that every translation precisely conveys the same content from the required source text to the target language.
Based on my understanding of the back translation of your document, I think your work is excellent. The meanings very closely match those of the English. Thank you for your work on the project.

Why You Should Choose Us?
Satisfaction
We want our translations to meet the highest standards of quality. To achieve this purpose, we have developed and implemented a quality control process where every document is reviewed by four of our analysts and proofreaders before it is delivered. With this practice, we completely control the translation process, and ensure we only provide clean and error-free documents to our clients.
Many translation agencies currently rely entirely on machine-translation software to fulfill their client's requirements. The problem with that approach is that even though this software is very effective at correcting spelling and grammatical errors, it cannot match an experienced translators' ability to adapt a document to the context or cultural elements present in any given text. That is why we have a strict no-machine-translation policy within our company, so you can be confident your text will be edited and translated by a human translator.
Every translator working at Green Translations is a native speaker of the languages they target, has several years of experience in the translation industry, and has received relevant qualifications that fully demonstrate their competence. Additionally, they all possess relevant industry expertise directly related to the projects they get assigned. By having such strict standards, we make sure each of them can deliver high-quality results within any field of expertise.
Government agencies and private corporations keep coming back to us due to the high standards and consistent results we provide. We take all of our clients seriously and continuously improve our processes and methods based on their feedback. Our primary motivation is to understand their requirements fully and do what is needed to complete their projects with accuracy and attention to detail, and we are always available for any additional revisions they might have.

Our Process
Step 1
Project Review
The Project Manager (PM) completes a full review of the project's overall scope. This includes an analysis of the translation requirements, the specific timelines, and the final deliverables needed. Once this has been defined, the PM proceeds to create a customized plan based on the project's particular needs and shares this information with every team member involved, making sure they can all clearly understand the expectations.
Step 2
Translation Preparation
We are confident that putting an emphasis on carefully preparing the materials required for a translation ensures that every project will run effortlessly and will save our clients time and money. That is why every translation project must first go through a preparation phase which includes:
- Collect the preliminary research and reference files and make them available to our translators.
- Develop clear translation guidelines and instructions for the translators.
- Correct the source files from formatting errors to ensure they are optimized to be processed through the Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tool TRADOS.
- Review the source file in detail to clarify any confusing texts and streamline existing content.
Step 3
Glossary and Style Guides Development
A glossary guide is a database that contains the critical terminology a translator might encounter when going through your document. They also include suggestions for any term or definition approved from past translations.
Additionally, a translation style guide is a set of guidelines every translator must follow to ensure the final deliverables accurately represent the client's target audience's voice, sentence structure, and writing style.
These elements are vital to delivering a consistent and reliable translation that successfully represents your company. For that matter, the dedicated project manager will put great emphasis on developing these documents and sharing them with any team members assigned to your project.
Step 4
Translation
At this stage, the Project Manager will go through our extensive pool of language professionals and assign your translation to a certified and experienced translator in your target language.
We understand that only expert linguists in your required field are able to provide accurate adaptations of a document from any given language. That is the reason we only work with translators who are native speakers of the target language needed and have subject-matter expertise in the content of the original document. The assigned translator will then translate the materials and return them to the project manager for review.
Step 5
Copy Editing
We clearly understand that errors or syntactic mistakes might occur through the first draft of any given project. That is why all initial translations are reviewed by a second certified professional translator who dominates the technical concepts used throughout the text. This process allows us to promptly find any inaccuracies or misinterpretations of the original document and correct them on time.
Step 6
Translation Review
Once the editor has reviewed the initial translation, they incorporate their comments and suggestions into the document and submit them to the translator assigned with the project. It will be at the translators' discretion to accept or reject the changes and apply them. If the client needs to review the translation before the formatting process starts, they will be given access to the draft document to monitor the applied changes.
Step 7
Formatting
Our desktop publishing team will work diligently to ensure that the format of the translated content perfectly matches the original document while following the target's language formatting rules such as layout, typestyle, text direction, font, size, orientation, alignment, currency, numbering format, and date format.
Usually, every translation will be formatted using the QA modules embedded in the Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tool used to lay out the original document. However, there are specific cases where we might choose to use software that is better suited for your target language's requirements.
Step 8
Quality Control/Proofreading
After the formatting of the material has been completed, we will produce a mechanical proof to ensure that there are no grammatical and spelling inconsistencies or mistakes. This includes corroborating that:
- The correct fonts have been used throughout the document.
- The layout matches the source language document.
- The target text formatting with the original text for any errors or other problems.
- Punctuation marks such as full stops, commas, colons, semi-colons, exclamation marks, and question marks are adequately placed.
- The translation fulfills the purpose of the original text.
- All columns, tables, and graphs are correctly positioned within the document.
- The headers and footers are consistent with the source language.
- Proper names are spelled correctly.
- The pagination matches the source document, and the text flows effortlessly.
- All source language updates have been incorporated into the document.
Step 9
Final Translator Review
One of the translators in our team will proceed to do a review of your project to ensure that the text has been formatted correctly, making sure that nothing had been omitted or left out during the formatting stage and that all words are correctly hyphenated.
Step 10
Final Check/Delivery
The Project Manager (PM) will gather all the required documentation for your project and run a final verification before sending the final deliverables. This is to ensure that the layout, page numbers, proper names, and other details match your source document and that the final result exceeds the Quality Standards stipulated by the International Standard Organization (ISO 9001:2008).

I wanted to let you know that your interpreter did a great job! He showed up on time, started interpreting right away, and kept checking in here and there to see if anyone had joined the line.
